Adam holds a masters degree in counseling psychology and has been in practice for over a decade. He draws predominantly on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients increase their mindful awareness and interact more flexibly with their thoughts and feelings so they are less pushed around by the difficult ones. This allows them to connect with the present more fully, enrich their relationships, accomplish their meaningful goals, and flexibly engage in their chosen life pursuits. In other words, to “Live Well Now”.
