This allows you to respond to them in flexible and adaptive ways and gives you the internal space you need to be less hindered by internal struggles and more free to focus your attention, time, and energy on addressing challenges, establishing emotional wellness, improving relationships, and pursuing life enhancing actions that create a full, rich, meaningful life.

Adam holds a masters degree in counseling psychology and has been in practice for over a decade.
